</span></b><span>DIRECTOR OF MAINTENANCE</span></p><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p><span><br></span><b><span>MAIN PURPOSE OF POSITION:</span></b></p><p><span>To carry out works required to repair, maintain, and improve the facility and grounds of Plantation Nursing &amp; Rehabilitation Center in order to ensure that we provide an excellent customer experience at all times.<b></b></span></p><p><b>&nbsp;</b><b><span>GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY:</span></b></p><p><span>1. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; General cleanliness and maintenance of building and grounds. </span></p><p><span>2. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business. </span></p><p><span>3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span><span>Other related duties as assigned</span></p><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p><b><span>SPECIFIC DUTIES:</span></b></p><p><span>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; General cleanliness and maintenance of building and grounds: </span></p><p><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Cleans and maintains stairways, storage areas, boiler room and outdoor areas. </span></p><p><span>B.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Keeps grounds clear of debris and properly maintained. </span></p><p><span>C.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Performs repairs on doors, walls, floors, and ceilings. </span></p><p><span>D.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Completes maintenance work order requests in a timely manner.</span></p><p><span>E.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
